Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 72 hours of placing your order and usually arrive in 3-5 business days. If the item is a custom (in stock) item, or bulk (in stock) item, orders will ship within 48 hours. If item is not in stock, please check description of the item of when it will be made available again before placing an order. If an item is a custom item being created for you specifically, item shipment will be discussed at the time of payment.
If you place an order and pay for overnight THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER GOES OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. In most cases it will go out the very next day, or even the same day if you place the order at the same time orders are being processed. However, if you place an order for a custom item that is being designed, please anticipate 3-7 days before shipment. You are more than welcome to email before placing your order to see if its in stock. All other orders should go out the very next business day if you pay for overnight.
We will only send you a confirmation of order email. Your next email will be your confirmation of shipping, which includes your tracking number. We do not email in between those emails unless there is a concern with your order. If you order hair outside of a promotional sale and have not received your tracking with 3-5 business days, you can then reach out to inquire about the status of your order. During a holiday promotional sale there are 8 days total of processing before you should reach out about your order.
Lastly, business hours are M-F 10:30am-5:00pm. After that time; emails, phone calls, and text messages will be answered in the order they are received starting the next business day.
If you order a custom order and item has started being created, you ARE NOT able to receive a refund for those items.
DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THERE IS A MAJOR DELAY WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE SO ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED, INCLUDING OVERNIGHT ORDERS.
